Shipping Policy
Standard shipping is free within Canada on orders over $149 (before tax)
Shipping rates and delivery dates vary based on the size and weight of your order and the destination it is being shipped to.
Shipping surcharges may be added to heavy or oversized items. These will be displayed clearly before checkout is completed. These rates are subject to change at any time without notice.
Local delivery and in-store pickup are also offered at the checkout. These options do not come with an additional charge.
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another email once your order has shipped.
Orders ship from our store in Canmore, AB via Canada Post. Shipping rates and times are calculated at the checkout and will be visible before the checkout is completed.
If you need to contact us about your order for any reason after placing it please email us at info@chateaumountainsports.com. A customer service representative will be available to answer your queries during our normal office hours 7 days a week 10am to 6pm MST.
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please contact us within this time if you wish to change your order. Unfortunately we cannot change orders once they have been shipped. After shipping the normal return/refund procedure would need to be followed.
Currently we ship to Canadian and USA addresses only. For orders to addresses in the USA our shipping charges do not include any duty, brokerage or taxes, which may be added by US Customs upon arrival.
Some items (e.g. Bear Spray) cannot be shipped. These will be clearly marked on the product information page. We reserve the right to partially or fully cancel any orders that contain non-shippable items. If this happens we will notify you and offer an alternative.
