What does this mean for your order?

If you place an order with us during the strike and it is being shipped to a Canadian address, rest assured that it will be sent via UPS. This change is necessary to avoid any delays or issues that may arise from the Canada Post strike. 

Orders to the USA

Unfortunately, due to the current circumstances, we are unable to ship orders to the USA at this time. All shipments to the USA are on hold until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Important reminder for shipping addresses

During this period of using UPS for all Canadian shipments, it is crucial that all shipping addresses are valid street addresses. Please ensure that your shipping address is not a PO Box, as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Providing a complete and accurate street address will help us ensure that your order reaches you without any issues.
